Q. I installed Picture-Alert and I haven’t received any emails?

A. Most common error is entering your password incorrectly in the password field within Picture-Alert’s settings menu.  Make sure you enter your password correctly.

Q. After installing Picture-Alert should I reboot the phone?                                              

A. YES. We recommend you reboot the device.

Q. How do I know that my child isn’t turning off the app?                                              

A. An easy way to test if the app is still functioning on your child’s phone, simply take a picture with their phone and see if you receive an email with the picture attached.  If you don’t receive any emails, make sure that the application is installed and the ON button is activated in Picture-Alerts settings menu.
